PinkNBlu app only enabling users to access this service from Cloudnine web-based URL where user can opt for following the process of downloading their app and conclude the entire process as per their norms.

• PinkNBlu has no liability if an appointment is later cancelled by the Practitioner, or the same Practitioner is not available for appointment
• If the User decides to engage with Cloudnine through this service to seek medical services, the User shall be doing so at his/her own risk.
• User is informed that PinkNblu only a facilitator to connect them with Cloudnine through their web based URL. There will not be any sort of liability or responsibility will be undertaken by us which may arise due to any service(s) which Cloudnine directly or indirectly offers.
• Without prejudice to the generality of the above, PinkNBlu is not involved in providing any healthcare or medical advice or diagnosis and hence is not responsible for any interactions between User and the Cloudnine services. User understands and agrees that PinkNBlu will not be liable for:
  1. User interactions and associated issues user has with the Cloudnine;
  2. The ability or intent of the Cloudnine or the lack of it, in fulfilling their obligations towards users or any one related to.
  3. Any wrong medication or quality of treatment being given by Cloudnine, or any medical negligence on their part
  4. Inappropriate treatment, or similar difficulties or any type of inconvenience suffered by the user due to a failure on the part of the Cloudnine to provide agreed services
  5. Any misconduct or inappropriate behaviour by the staff or contact person at or of Cloudnine
  6. Any delay of service (s) from Cloudnine
  7. Any communication, interaction, availing of any services which may arise as a part of process or not at or through Cloudnine.
